    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">看到心仪的房子后，然后预约看房，agent会给你发看房的时间地点到你邮箱，如果想要联系agent，现场需要看房子的实际情况：采光、隔音、门禁、安保等；也要看地理位置：到学校的距离、附近的超市、公交站。</p>

    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">最后就是入住检查</p>
    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">通常会从中介或房东那里收到一份房屋状况报告(condition report)</p>
    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">⭕检查屋内家具和电器是否齐全、有无损坏，检查完毕后在房屋状况报告上签字并返回给中介或者房东</p>
    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">‼房屋状况报告是退房时确认房屋内是否有损坏的重要依据，确认仔细并保存副本</p>
