SQM Research 发布了澳洲 4 月份房源上市数据，全澳挂牌住宅物业数量环比下降 6.4%，从 2024 年 3 月记录的 256,000 套降至 239,660 套。
然而，一年来，全澳挂牌房屋数量增长了 5.6%。

“由于所有市场参与者都意识到降息不会马上到来，我们预计市场将在冬季的几个月里变得谨慎，因此目前不排除2024年下半年我们最大的首府城市房价下跌的可能性。”
尤其是墨尔本市场，与其他主要首府城市相比，墨尔本价格增长较为疲软。
